  37. makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or a
  38. voluntary or involuntary petition is filed by or against
  39. the Customer under any law having for its purpose the
  40. adjudication of Customer as bankrupt or the reorganization
  41. of Customer or may be cancelled by Chambers without notice
  42. should Customer default in the payment of any money due
  43. hereunder.
